If new, what sort of money will I be looking at as they seem to vary quite a bit. One last thing, presume the tank needed is the two hole 63 litre tank?
Ta very much for any info.

Are you sure that your leak is from the tank?Podge72 wrote:Have a leaking fuel tank. Does anyone have any advice on whether to go for second hand and if so any breakers or second hand parts supplier recommended?

They're not OEM, but I have recently been told they are as good as genuine tanks by a well respected zoner. I've sold dozens of 55 and 63l tanks now since I started dealing to the zone with no quality complaints /warranty issues so far.Podge72 wrote:Is that a BMW part? Does it come with any warranty?
Thanks

Marked up as zero in stock....wonder if the price will rise with the next batch?Rtaylor2208 wrote:This might be worth a look:

I asked what brand they are, she said she couldn't pronounce it as they're from a Taiwanese company. I'm not sure where mine come from, waiting on an email to confirm that, if they're like for like I will forward this on to the pricing department and get it sorted.

I'll try, my cost price is showing as much higher than the RRP on your link though, I'll get to the bottom of it though!Rtaylor2208 wrote:Strange the stock thing as when I looked it up it was saying 7 in stock. Anyway hopefully Matt can get them price matched

Result!!!!!Meatballs82 wrote:Update.
Product manager has just contacted me and advised me to sell at £90 inc vat, he's not confirmed but it sounds like our tanks are from same supplier as Imperials.
£90 for a brand new tank is farkin cheap... last week when I was sorting a list out for my turd I was looking at £130 on a staff sale!!![]()
Nice one Russel - you have saved me a few quid!!

Nice, I might need to take a good look under my cabby to see if its in need. at this price it would be handy to have one as a spare if i'm going to need one in the future.Meatballs82 wrote:Update.
