WTF this is the second pre facelift ive seen

The first one i saw was here on the zone a prefacelift j plate cabrio from birmingham, n now this j plate cabrio...

Are these rare or dodgy??

Mine was 91 and pre facelift ,I dont know why but it was all. Correct ,suppose it may have sat in a dealer's for a long time ?

Must've sat in a dealers already built as late preface cabs generally came with colour coded metal bumpers but I'm sure you could've spec'd chrome.
