Do they do more than one or is that a dumb question? Not sure I will be taxing the car until April/May
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

If it's anything like last year, you NOW have to pay for a parking space, and book very early via a contact for the club.
I did this last year for the Zone, and was told that there were NO spaces available as they were booked well in advance.

From the website.

"Due to the overwhelming popularity of this event over the past few years, this has caused the organisor, and the RAF Museum many concerns and issues.

Taking this in to consideration, the Breakfast Club meets for 2011 will be strictly pre booking only for all clubs and cars.

There will be a maximum of 200 cars allowed per event.

We will allow up to 8 car clubs per time (this may be increased to 10 if some of the car clubs are only bringing small numbers). To make it fair for everybody, we will give only allow clubs to book up to a maximum of 2 events.

Each car club may bring a maximum of 20 cars. There will be space for you to put up a banner/table/flags etc if you so wish. Each car club must use the booking form to register a spot at any of the 2011 meets.

The rest of the spaces will be allocated to individuals wishing to show their cars. (please also use the booking form)

If we don't restrict the numbers we risk not running the event at all.

There is a car park charge of £2.00. This is a 'pay-on-foot' system and there will be 5 pay machines located around the car parks."

That might be what it says on the website but the last couple I went to I turned up and parked on the field with everyone else with no pre booking and no issues

The key really is getting there early - most people seem to start turning up around 8.30-9 and by 10am its pretty much full

If you get there before 8.30 even not pre booked if theres only a few of us I don't think it will be an issue even if we havent booked - I think the best E30 turnout we had was only about 6 cars anyway.

yes you now hat to pay £2 to park but thats no issue

The Porsche/Ford RS/Audi/Lotus Elise/Vauhall VXR guys always have a big turnout - i think the organisers are more concerned about 20+ Identical Blue Focus RS's turning up than 5 or 6 E30's :D

I reckon we won't have any problems - If no one wants to book anything I'm happy to go and have a look and a chat with the organiser to see whats what on the first meet

And Yes Ferg - this was a monthly meet but I recon it will be 4 or 5 a Year now.

We were paying £2 for parking back in 2010 IIRC, as rob says speaking to the people face to face at the event is the best way to go about it. If anything needs restricting its the amount of ford scrap on show :D

I'm up for it, although I will just park in the open area part rather than on a club bit unless I get a nice chromie by then. If not, i'll have Matt's touring to use

BTT

Suggest you get your names on the Pistonheads list - there are 40 names on there now including some serious metal - Ferrari F40, Shelby GT500's, couple of Aston Martins - looking to be a good meet

BUMP

2013 dates confirmed in 1st post

If we get sufficient interest to park together as a "club" I'm happy to speak to the organiser

Failing that anyone who wants to go probably the best thing to do is put your name on the Pistonheads list - or just make sure you get there early :D
