Flat spot and temperature raise, if rain and use air con

just experience strange issue, that my engine temperature is raise in the heavy rain and use air con.

but if i shut down air con temperature become normal at half again.

does it is because the water from rain make my belt that turning visco fan and water pump slip so it is not running well?

also can the belt slip cause flat spot in the engine power?

I imagine it could be that when the AC is turned on, the coolant doesn't pass through the heater matrix, so isn't cooled as much as it would be if it was...how much does it rise though? I wouldn't have though it should rise much, whats the ambient temperature?

Just thought, it's possible that the thermostat isn't opening fully as it reaches the required temp (at half way on the gauge) (is it 88?) I'm sure others will have more solid knowledge.

yes this only happen in rain when I pass water and I hear something slip in my belt, cit cit cit.

but it dry it is not happened although it is rain, i think the water hit my belt?
