It would seem its like rocking horse poo can only see one but the guy wants 75 plus 13 delivery and wont provide seals am I being unreasonable not wanting to gave that for it? I know I could get one painted but dont want to make an arse of it. But its heading I that way.

take the s/roof panel to a body shop and have them paint/fit it ?

well get a coloor confirm and decent pics and see its nice condition that will look right, depending how worn/faded that is or isnt and your roof, its a gamble if it matches or not

Did you get this sorted? I have a zinnobar one sat in my shed. Could do with a polish! But last time I checked it was rust free, but need to check to be sure. Came from a touring but should be the same?

I have loads of bits form the touring. I'm in Ely, Cambridgeshire so shout if any good for you.

I've just been looking at photos on my phone and found a photo before it finally went off to be turned into bean cans - one slighly lighter than normal Zinnobar touring:

LOL - It did cause a few of the neighbourhood curtains to twitch. The wife wasn’t so pleased either, I had to roll it back around the side of the house on trolley jacks each evening! She was concerned about me lowering the tone of the street, particularly as there were a couple of people trying to sell their house at the time!

One particular time I came around from the back of the house (having taken armfuls of striped parts to the garage) to find two old boys stood on the driveway looking at each other through the empty engine bay! They were fascinated by it.

Up until I moved in, ”˜serious car maintenance’ in our street meant washing and vacuuming the car.
