Depends completely on how much rust the car has.
And it will have some!

thats a high price if the car has rust. If the car has minimal no rust then its ok, but i would want proof before forking out 4 bags plus. Is it a tech1 or 2?

have you checked it out ? where is it located, before spending 4 bags you may want to get it looked over by someone on here who can offer a service depending on location
fully undersealed, with what ?
have a look at this

In my opinion if its had the front pads done then the cancer will be elsewhere.
Did you pull the rear door cards and look at the inner arches?
You could keep saving and buy mine in a couple of months

I dont know it personally but I'm sure someone on here might. £4,200 is strong money but if its virtually rust free then it's about right.
I would be checking that the mileage is genuine first off and a quick check with BMW to see if its a genuine sport. If that's all good go over it with a fine tooth comb and if its still all good then get it bought if that's the colour etc... Your looking for.

id be checking the milage, he says have old mots - ring and ask if it has 100% every single one fully backing up the milage, or if it has the chunk missing where it was clocked back, buit has the original bill of sale etc, if its solid and every mot and true milage, could be ok
he goes on about no aftermarket stuff etc, then hes smoked the lights , them tacky numberplate things, a tacky "m tech" ebay special strut brace by the look of it, looks like streched tyres, but ask what wheels are comming with it as he says hes removing them
them leathers look like they may have done more than 91k ?
and hes got £5495 asking price on there

A Midlands sport being sold by somebody called Rav, who spouts a load of bollox in his ad.
Tread carefully, but run very fast in the opposite direction at the first sign of anything being not right.
If you're buying this car without paying somebody who knows what they're talking about to do a full inspection then you're asking for trouble IMO.

^^^In My Opinon....^^^
anyway, if youve had it checked out, and all the usual spots are good with no rust, and its a genuine sport with full history, get it bought....
but if hes had repairs before, you will need to question, whether someone has done a good enough job or not, if not then itll cost you more to get it done again...
but if everything seems right in your head, go ahead and buy it...
