Im trying to get a new one, item no.7 but they seem to NLA.The other item 07 door handle inner right is available,do I take it that the door handle does the same job?you have to buy the upper and lower bushes as well but what,are they?

Same thing. By the looks of RealOEM the 'door handle inner' superseded the 'operating lever'. I'm fairly sure from dismantling most of my cab that the horseshoe release is just another door handle at the end of the day, which certainly ties in with what RealOEM has there.

I've also heard this, that I standard door handle will fit the same, someone on here told me.
