I'll hopefully be replacing my timing belt today, and having read the wiki article I'm bracing myself for having the 2 piece crank. What dictates whether the car has a 1 or 2 piece, is it a build date thing?

Do not attempt to remove the 22mm bolt on the nose of the crank!

Holding the pulley to the crank are six 13mm bolts with locking tabs, remove those and the pulley will drop off,the crank damper just behind(toothed edge for the CPS to read)is on a taper,a smart tap with a hitting stick will shift it.
With both upper and lower belt covers off as well, you have plenty of room to get the belt off and back on.
