the e28 doesn't have a round c101 like a normal e30, it has a rectangular one like a very early e30 so i've had to figure this table out myself; something which usual ends in disaster
any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

ok, i've been doing a bit more reading of the wiring diagrams i have.
it appears the m52 has it's unloader relay on the engine side of the x20 (c101 equivalent) plug.
the e28 has it's unloader relay on the body side of it's c101 plug.
am i correct in assuming that as long as the e28 unloader relay is grounded throught the m52 starter coils (as it is on the m10) then it should work fine?
