The ABS would not be worth it. As you would need to fit ABS front hubs/Bearing, ABS trailing arm, again with ABD Bearings.......
EDIT: sorry, meant to be ABS Driveshafts.

Cruise control is easy, do a seacrh for cruise control, aircon is not easy, but more than possible, there's a few guys on here that have done it, I'm doing it next year, got all the parts.
ABS is difficult to the extra wiring loom, but again it is more than possible, pretty sure Matt (a1bmw325isport) has done it, but he had his car in bits at the time.

ABS retrofit is possible, but, like others have said, you'll end up replacing half the car.
Air con fitting is not that difficult, but requires a fair bit of dismantling, (whole dash out). Parts aren't thar easy to come by, though.

i dont know if anyone else has the same but when i did the front hub on my 92 318 cab the hubs were already fitted with the abs style hubs even though the car has never had abs ...not that it makes the fitting of abs any easier
i dont think i'm gonna bother with the abs it seems too much hard work for what it is really i will definetly go for the cuise control though, has anybody got a list of the air con parts that would be needed please.
thanks for your help

Radiator and electric fan in front of the standard rad, with temp sensor and wiring loom.
Complete aircon heater assembly
Filer/drier (goes in place of that big round plate on the horizontal panel behind the headlamp)
Pipework
Switch and wiring for heater control panel.

Only guessing, but I expect it's the mounting arrangements that are different for the aircon pumpsrockwell wrote:As I understand Air con compressor is different from a 320 or 325 unit. for 318. You have to swap it from another 318 car. For Cruise Control the cable to the throttle connection is also different if it is not a 318.

ETK shows that compressors for the E30 were widely used through the E30 range, M3 included and also used on the E32 and E34 M versions.
You'll probably find it's the brackets that are different between engines.
