Readily available from BMW, and Lemforder is supplied by Meatballs82 at Eurocarparts.

Propshaft or steering coupling ?
You can definately get Lemforder ones from Matt - Main dealer ones are stupid money - I think I paid about £70
To be fair though it did appear to be the 22 year old 145k original that I took off so you wont need to replace it again in a hurry

Make sure you fit the new one with the arrows adjacent to each bolt hole pointing towards the flange it is bolted to, or it will last about a month.

Right next problem! E30 flex disk I ordered is the wrong size, assumed that it hadn't been changed with my engine conversion
. The part that I need fits to a M52 engine and gearbox assembly, and then to what’s marked as a Z3m front prop shaft. I have taken the part numbers off the flex disk and when I called my local motor factors they quoted me to a E36 M3?? And that this part is not made buy any aftermarket manufactures? I find this very hard to believe”¦ so to the ZONE for answers!
The flex disk has a BMW print on it as well as the following refrances
2 226 527 (part number)
GAB 82
SGF
Dimensions”¦.
35mm long
132mm wide
96mm length across 2 bolt holes
47mm centre hole width
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
