Well I think I understood most of that.
Problem is, what model is it? what condition is it? Is it a saleable car?
If it's a 316 and bog basic then you'll get more on the weighbridge
It's a morselled up 325i then either sell it or break it but it'll fetch naff all without rent or ticket......

Assuming it is tidy and not a 200k stanced hound. Get somebody to have a look at it and find out why it will not start / run. A tidy taxed and tested 318is is £1000 + easily (3k+ in Scotland
)
Not making an effort and selling it as a non runner will get you low hundreds.

Pretty sure he realizes that this thread is not an advert, dude.craggsyE30 wrote:This is nt an advert this is a question read the top before saying things mate ;)
He's pointing out (in a rather blunt fashion) that your written English leaves a little to be desired and that for a successful sale you should let someone who has full command of the English write your advert when you come to posting one.

You're left wondering how you earn't that comment, and so am I. Sound advice is just not needed on this thread....pacerpete wrote:318isPMK wrote:c**kpacerpete wrote:Assuming it is tidy and not a 200k stanced hound. The c**k comment was then aimed at Pete.

Sweaty is obviously a bit snappy and grumpy at the moment , carburettor troubles I would hazard a guess

Wow, it's rare that you hook one on your first cast.pacerpete wrote:318isPMK wrote:c**kpacerpete wrote:Assuming it is tidy and not a 200k stanced hound. Get somebody to have a look at it and find out why it will not start / run. A tidy taxed and tested 318is is £1000 + easily (3k+ in Scotland)

This is not a for sale thread hence the question for advice on what i should do, when i do decide whats happening it will be in the thread for sale with a full list of things needing done, what work iv dont to it plus previous work plenty of pics ( close up no stupid distance shots where you cant see shit) ;)
get it running again it will only be something daft as it started last time you tried it.

That's where I normally look to buy cars, so it would make logical sense to sell them there.
