I need to upgrade my rear suspension in the touring to help carrying all my tools has anyone got any suggestions.
Iv found out today that bmw actually do springs to be fitted when you use the detachable towbar so i pressume they are heavier duty but by how much i dont know.
From looking on real oem there is also different size pads for under the springs can these be used with any spring to give a little more ride height.
Also is there an ugraded shock i can fit along with any springs i use to help with the load.
Any ideas on where to source the relevant parts too would be great

LOL, not Halfrauds stuff.
It's a heavy duty foam pad that goes into the spring coils, acts like a bump stop

oh you mean spring assistors iv got them fitted already and they do help but i really think i need more. They are coiled and slide in between the rings of the coil.
I wondered if i could use coil overs at the same time as springs but i pressumed they will only be set at a lowered height

You can get stiffer springs from Faulkener Springs
