There are two bolts which are essentially inside the wing but are up against the front edge of the door. There's also a bolt which secures the very bottom of the wing to the chassis.
You'll of course need to take off the bumper and the front valance, again, all easy enough to see the bolts and clips.
Sorry, no pics.

No need to remove the front valance, although the wing bolts to it behind the bumper.Look out for the cunningly hidden torx bolts in this area!
Expect the top edge of the wing to be 'glued' to the inner with sealant.

Grab the buggered wing by it's lower edge and pull.....
Then scrape the remains of the sealer off the inner wing,do not forget to set the replacement in a similar fashion...using a silicone sealant such as 'Tiger Seal'....

Tiger seal seems a bit excessive to me.
I'd say Sean sealer.

Do you mean the Irish folk singer Sean Wilson?
To seal wing joints,I use whatever is in the cartridge gun...Tiger Seal is a trade name that should point the OP toward a decent seam sealer....

use a heat gun or hair dryer to heat up the seam sealer will make it easier to scrape off

Did it with both my front wings. Extra protection.
Wings usually rot inside out.

Don't venture out too much.
I live in clipstone and work in woodhouse, that's about as far as I travel each day.
Will keep an eye out, although i can usually spot an e30 from a mile away.
