Hi All,

I found these two connectors, which i believe are part of the HLWW system. The wipers only work if the front lights are on?

Can anyone show me a pic of where these connect on the lamp looms, please?

Thank you.

:D

Sorry for the way the image is rotated..

They plug into the motors for the headlight washers if you have them fitted...

Hi Jim, No, I've got those connected up already. These are "spare" connectors that I cannot work out where to fit. It was suggested the wiring loom for the Lamps.

Ahhhh, they'll be for the heated washer jets then  Ive just took the same loom off the Sport and debated about including it in the heated washer jet sale or sell seperately as headlight washer loom

Hmm, I don't know whether my washer jets would be heated....would they?

Do you think they would be if the wing mirrors are?

I think I read somewhere on the forums, that if heated wing mirrors were fitted, as standard, then the screen washers were also heated. Would that include the Lamp washers, too?

If so, any chance of a pic showing the connection, please? or where to look.

From the image I posted, there isn't a massive length between one connector and the other (allowing for a connection at both sides of the car).

Cheers buddy.

Only have this one picture

If you had heated wing mirrors, then chances are you have the winter package which is the wings, screen washer jets and door locks that are all heated.

The headlight washer are not heated.

Have a look on the underside of your bonnet at the washer jets, if they have plugs coming from them then they are heated, if they have just the single inlet water pipe they are not.

From memory it all plugged in on the driver side so that would explain the short length of cable not reaching the passenger side as the wire only comes down one side of the bonnet :D

Although looking at it now, im questioning whether the plugs are for the washer jets

I'll have a look at it all tomorrow

By the off chance, are the plugs on the passenger side?

I've had a look at the build spec, Jim. Has the winter pack, but not heated washers to lights. Could these be a redundant loom then?

Thanks. :D
