hes dropped his price by quite alot..... 
A lack of interest and a price tag that may get you into a decent m3 is the issue there i reckon, not

I have had a quick look at some classifieds, i never realised the m3's where commanding such prices these day's
theres me thinking that the classic car market was going down hill
