M52B28 AUTO engine into E30

ok iv got an E36 2.8 engine removed from an auto. with me putting it into an e30 and useing a manual box, what specifics will i need to sort from going from auto to a manual. i have the manual engine loom. wasnt sure what else il need to change.?
