Hi, my friend is about to lower his E30 2-dr 325i by either 40mm or 60mm. He has recently fitted a set of 17" Alpina replicas with 205/40's on the front and 215/40's on the rear. Does anybody know if 40mm or 60mm lowering springs will fit without the requirement for any modifications to the wheelarches, etc? Thanks. :?

Various threads on this, here's one example (do ignore all the trolling, there is actually some decent info hidden in between the crap!): https://www.e30zone.net/modules.php?nam ... c&t=229613
