Hi,
I have been looking at some 325i sports that don't have the 13 button OBC.
How difficult would it be to change the clock to a OBC. Or is this not easily possible, without adding all sensors and additional wires.

Analogue clock connects to the standard dash loom.
When changing to a 13 button OBC the original clock plug is abandoned, and the OBC loom has to be fitted.
The only additional sensor required is the external temp. one in the front left brake duct.
The other parts of the kit are a replacement indicator switch, with a push switch on the end of the stalk, a gong which fits into the panel above the driver's knees, a relay box that fits above the engine ECU, and an alarm horn which fits underneath the panel where the ABS pump is fixed.
The latter two aren't really worth fitting, since the built in alarm/immobiliser is so easy to defeat.

I've done it and didn't find it hard at all. Here's some instructions: http://www.e30zone.net/e30zonewiki/inde ... itting_OBC
