I served 2 earlier this year, an F and a G plate I thought they were both Macau blue until i parked them together they were very different colour wise, the early F plate was Sonderlack !!

Found these Macau Motorsports with the centre badges, weren't the Macau cars from the second batch? Steve also throws a spanner in what I thought about the Nagaro centers only being on the Tech 2 cars in the second thread.

this early car too is Sonderlack ? when parked side by side with macau it's darker and lacks the "purple" haze that Macau blue has ? !!

Sonderlack means special paint. That's what Macau cabrios had on the strut tower. Hence my sarcasm comment.

The two cars you had side by side would have both been Macau. The difference you noticed was either down to the condition of the paint or one of them had been painted incorrectly.

Macau is quite a sensitive colour to be condition it's in very much like lachs silver which can look bright when in good condition or quite dull almost like delphin grey when old flat and shit.

Nagaro centres were only on the 3rd and 4th batch cars with factory fit tech 2 kits.

Has anyone any info what is the definitive spec for option code 786 ' Motorsport paket '. I often see references to it but the specs all seem to vary. A badly fitted tech 2 kit does seem to be common to all of them

it generally consists of Mtech eyebrows, -70mm Jamex springs over spax shocks, RH Toplines and a lightweight Motorsport firbreglass Mtechnic Kit,
some have Anal Eyes and Limited Edition roundels,
