Have you tried swapping the hoses round? I've read on here that the one off the back of the head should go to the lower pipe, I'm just about to connect mine up and not too sure which way they go!

Exhaust ant bad I've used BMW stainless six branch an e30 325i centerbox and an e30 325i stainless back box and that's on a m52 2.8i and she runs mint so if ur doing an m50 2.5 that sort of set up would be fine mate

Sounds good mate, is that standard 328 manifolds modified to clear the steering column? I reckon i'll be doing something like that on mine.
Did you get your Mot alright then? no hassle?

Lol thats alright then! Mines a 318i so they might notice! I've got all 325 suspension and brakes to go on it though so hopefully it will be fine. What did you start with?

Good base then. You tried the heater valve? I'm out of ideas after that, i have heard that they can be a pain to bleed properly! Hopefully worth it tho!

Yeh they are a pain to bleed, when I replaced my radiator I jacked it up at the front and it took no time at all.
