Steering colum removal

Quick question

To remove the steering colum there are two security bolts on them do they come out clockwise or anticlockwise. Been trying to bang them out with a chisel anticlockwise but no joy

They are a normal RH thread, so anti-clockwise to remove

If you have a dremel type tool with a small slitting disc you can try cutting a slot in the head of the shear bolts and turning the blighters out.
