Well we can get the old rack off still and give everything a good clean while were under there

We need to start looking at the front slam panel section too dude as its a bit scabby. But it should be easily sorted, just boring getting it all cleaned up. I'd just paint that yourself once we've done too :D

Still waiting for my mounts to turn up Indy - ordered them early last week :?

The former owner is coming to have a look at el turdio next Weds evening, I've emailed him the pics and he seems to approve of Jims cutting skills :D

he says he does cash jobs in 3 hour midweek evening sessions, wants £30 per session and is bringing his own kit to my garage, seems ridiculously cheap!!

He said he'd rather do that than spend whole weekends on it, I'm obviously not in a rush and this way I'll get to spread the cost over several pay days so it looks like I'm hopefully onto a winner.

So Mr Welder man arrived lastnight in a freshly painted Sunburst red MK3 escort, running a 1.8 Zetec on bike carbs - sounded awesome!

Spent an hour poking around in my holes and working out his plan of attack, he said he's fixed alot worse and can crack on sometime in the next 2 weeks. I'll be leaving my camera in the garage so he can take plenty of pics as he's going.

Obviously having the car stripped and cut has helped keep his labour charges down so thanks again to Dave and Jim for your help so far boys!!

The only thing In Coalville was a Maccyd's, great for Breakfast after I dropped, then deciding wheter to use the A42 or M1 to get out! Hinckley wasn't too bad, haircut for £7, at least £10 down here! Lots of dodgy people there though.

At night time, if the wind is blowing in the right direction, you can hear the screams and moans from Hinckley. :?
