BTB3 is the one you want.

pricey thought @£750+ google BTB exhausts.
if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.

Not as I know to. Have a look in the wiki there's plenty of info about it in there.

BTB3 is £752.91 plus VAT and shipping, this was a quote I got last week, doesn't include the down pipe (2 into 2), that's another £354.25 plus VAT and shipping!

I tried to get the BTB2 to clear using E28 M5 engine mounts, a DanThe steering linkage and shaved down steering UJs and it was to close for comfort and I didn't like the height or angle it was making the engine sit at.

@kedge, thats not a bad price,

i've been quoted about £1500 to custom build a one off copy of the famous RD manifold that would clear the e46 steering rack conversion.

a bit steep but for a one off that ain't to bad.

It's a hell of an increase from what they used to cost though. Luckily I already have a BTB2 from a breaker so only need the front section to make it a BTB3.

Do you think they could modify an original RD manifold? winkeye

i don't think so, all i think they do is custom one off stuff,

surely there's a few places down your way that could modify it for you??
