Was perusing the web looking for suspension kits to compare to the H&R Cup Kit (which is what I will probably go for anyway) but what do people think of this kit... seems pretty cheap and IIRC APEX stuff is also TUV Approved?

It's pants compared to the H&R stuff. I had it on my convertible and it was rock hard and very choppy.

No problem. I bought it as a budget kit and always regretted not spending that little bit more on a system with a better reputation...

I have full Apex on my SE, must say it drives, handles and rides very well indeed.

H+R are "bouncy" by comparison.

It all comes down to taste, prior to the e30 all my rides have has Spax suspension which is choppy as hell, maybe its me ?

The H&R Cup kit is way way superior to the Apex setup in every way.

Ive driven Ants car more than once and over quite long distances aswell. Ants car has Bilstien shocks at the back because the Apex shocks were so hard.

Its cheap so I wouldnt really expect it to compare with the H&R Cup Kit.

Never experienced any bounce with H&R stuff (unless the example is my touring which had the wrong H&R springs and Koni shocks).

Scot - no disrespect but your car deserves better than Apex!......go with the GAZ idea you told me about on MSN.
