Not really technical I know, but I'm just wondering how people bed in they're new brakes???
I've got new ebc discs and yellow stuff pads with new 5.1 fluid throughout.
I've read online people saying things varying from use them gently for 100 miles, to stand on them a few times and they'll be fine - so I normally just start a bit gentle on them and then give them normal road use.
Just thought I'd see what people on here do, or recommend, bearing in mind I am planning to use these on a track day or two!!!

New pads with new disks dont take much bedding in, as both face's(disk's and pads) dont have any wear patterns to "bed into".

I would use them gently at first, to avoid glazing the new pads.
Remember to use white spirit to wipe off the protective coating on the discs prior to using them!

White spirit is mineral based, it leaves an oil residue. Best to use brake cleaner or acetone.
You need to contact the pad manufacturer for exact bed in procedures. Everyone is different.
