very true i think there is a couple that has been done one was in pbmw a while bk a m3 looking cab i think it was a s38 but it wasnt turboed ive never seen a s38 up for sale either lol

prob not mate my idea will be to build it this coming year run mine for another year then do the swap next winter

im not sure rav but i know they go in with no problems there not as big as you may think the other widest part will be where the turbos sit but that can be determend by the types of exhaust manifold i make

it really depend which one rav
the first ones they made in about 1967 where about 295 bhp at around the 450 500 nm mark
but over the year due to the smog stuff in the states they went as low as 160 bhp believe it or not but they all vary but normally between 250bhp and 350 bhp is a round figure

so i thought i better put some updated pics up of what ive been up to over the winter a few little new bits a few tweeks on the engine
enjoy
new oil drain for the turbo

new oil drain and new exhaust wrap down pipe was also done




i also had a go at doing my carpet from gray to black bought the carpet of mick (magpie)and from this

too this

so whle the engine was out i thought id tidy the engine bay up a little so that got a lick of paint too



then just gave a few things a little polish



havent got a pic yet of the new carpet and mats etc in but i will take some maybe tomoz
