ok well iam astounded at the response to microfibre group buy

so iam ,if theres a demand, prepared to source more detailing stuff from USA

so what are people looking for
are there things you wanna get and maybe i can save you money and obtain things that are not available here

couple of things i have in mind are some tyre dressing applicators

i found these about 5 years ago in states and i love them

they allow you to apply what ever dressing you use really accuratly
i also use the to apply trim dressing to black plastic parts due to sharp edges of sponge they lend them selves perfectly to applying without getting it onpaint etc.
also the dense foam where you hold it allows you not to get covered in the product either

Image

another idea is a sponge block that is impregnated with a solution that removes dried polish from black trim
you know where someone has got polish on trim it has dried and you cant get it off,you may be able to mask it but it always reappears well this gets it off permanent!!

also wheel cleaning brushes.good quality non marking ones

i have other stuff iam looking into but what i need is suggestions so lets be having them!!!

let me know if any of the above interest any of you too

Yes your right, I was looking and thinking looks the mutts nutts......might even look into it! That sponge would make a far cleaner job of the tyre slick! I was just saying that I use a paint brush at the moment......until I saw this post, sorry for any confusion!

The tyre applicator looks good, but what would you recommend for shinning the tyres?

303 aerospace protectorant is good, but goves a nice matt finish much like new tyres form the box,

http://www.thepolishingcompany.com/303a ... eprot.html

zaino do one called z16, and its what john uses on his tyres and thinks its great

i just treid the 303 as i was getting it anyway for all the black trim, it looks nice, but not like you have intentionally cleaned the tyres if you know what i mean

z16 lasts a long time
it does not wash off with rain
it does not sling up the body
itisnt sticky so dirt doesnt glue itself to your sidewalls

its a liquid and it goes on really easy and the bottle lasts forever

hmm, could be worth investing in. The meguiars stuff is sticky and the only thing thing that will take it off is degreaser, which is annoying. Ill give it a try. Cheers :D
