knock sensor m50

Hi guys

does anybody know if any NV M50's were fitted with knock sensors?

I'm looking to turbo mine and think knock control would be a good idea.

Knock sensors only came in when the vanos motors came out

I suppose i'll have to change the ecu anyway, so may as well get one with active knock control capability.

Don´t rely on it unless the knock sensor and ecu have been specifically adjusted to YOUR engine, not just the same make and model of engine but yours exactly.

Its a gamble to rely on knock control when it´s not setup right.
