E30 318i same exhaust as m10?

Will this fit? It seems slightly different?

I can tell you from experience that the m10 exhaust is different to the m40 exhaust.

Firstly, the mounting flange on the down pipe is a different angle so it does not go anywhere near bolting up.

Secondly, the m10 exhaust is 3piece and the m40 a 2piece systme so you cant mix and match the 2 exhausts.
