hello i havent updated this in a while as its currently stored away due to no tax but its getting taxed this week so i will be starting work on it again the car will be stripped down and put under covers so i can start working each thing one by one aka bumper first, then two front wings, doors. roof/quaters as they all joing into one, bootlid, front and back valances. wheels ill be getting some new ones so for the time being im sticking with 15 bmw bbs which i might change them a bit darker colour just to hid the shittyness of them.

Nice work there!
How long does it take to dry and is it easy to work with?

What are peoples opinions on using fibreglass repairs for rust issues on arches and so on?

I need to get some bodywork done and have been told to use fibreglass by someone, I'm not too sure though?

tbh rust is never going to be removed 100% you can only slow it down even when you gut it out and re weld it it will be fine but will eventually rust again no matter how good you are. im my opinion if the area you plan on repairing is very badly rusted then cut it put and weld but in in the pics abouve i have fibre glassed it as i removed as much of the rust i could leaving a few holes and a part missing which i could use fibre glass to repair it. as im doing all repairs outside and up nrth the weather is shit so dryin times depends on how much hardener you put in it and what the weather is like. all 2k fillers dry by a chemical reaction so it will dry still.

Fair play mate, I can't see anything wrong with GRP repairs as you are already aware it isn't a long term fix but really, who cares man at least you get to get out there and use it etc 8)
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

top stop is easy to use for finishing , and cut a bit a car engine hose to use for rubbing bits like where the arch joins the wing etc,.

havnt updated in a while but anyway ill be flattening the left rear arch and high building it at work very soon as iv decided to take a different route o getting it painted. its anoying me it sitting there like a bag of shit so im guna do it in stages as it will take ages to do all the body work in one go ( i havnt got the time due to work) so first things first the roof/both quarters & wings/bootlid will be painted edge to edge as ill be doing the rest of the car with the same mixing scheme. this will then make the car all one colour again also to do the side skirts as well
