Looks good
How much of the intercooler is actually in air flow? With it being mounted lower than the lights, it looks like most of it is behind the bumper and front panel :? unless there's some work the pics don't show?

Hi mate,it is mounted low,but most of the valance behind the bumper has been cut away,
I will also be fitting a aircon valance when I get one,But if that doesn't keep things cool,
Then some more holes will be needed :)

That's cool, it would be a shame to aim for 400bhp only to be held back by crap flow to the intercooler. An aircon valance will help, but I expect you'll need some extra holes through the bumper itself.

Nice build though, it looks good, I'm looking forward to some vids when its done :D

Those injectors should net about 400hp roughly with at least 400lbs torque.
With great challenges comes great engineering.

Awesome project, be very similar to my project that I'm starting.

I have the same manifold and think its a bit thin walled, was going to look at bracing it up.
