Seems unlikely to have accrued that much mileage on two of them in that space of time? They would have had to be used as a daily. . .

Can anyone suggest how to test if the boot lights are staying on with the boot shut?

Oh, it was on here alright!

That pair were both red though, and delivery mileage, so definitely nothing to do with this pair..

It does make me wish I could jump in a Delorean, hit 88mph jump back in time, pick an M3 up and put it in a garage so I could go and collect it now.

I think the cars left the factory with the odometer wound backwards a bit from zero to allow for testing and delivery.

Instead of spending all those years gathering dust, they could have been given to me to enjoy and share. This world is so unjust.

it was a black e30 m3 the bonkers fella bought, which was why he joined her as a new member, to ask how much one was worth as hed been offered 1 , everyone laughed and ripped in to him, he then said there were in fact 2 but he had the opportunity to buy one, he got ripped more, and then he posted pics of them both gathering dust and bought it

You'll find his two M3's were red  ....The Merc 190E Evo2 was black.... The RS200 was white.

There's even a link above, to refresh your memory...

The story in itself is incredible

Shame he was not welcomed on the forum

I suspect maybe he is on a E30 M3 website now ....

He did sell at least one of the M3s. The Merc was up on ebay with a price tag in the region of six figures and is presumably sold too.

He probably only really wanted the delivery miles RS200, as he's a Ford man through and through....

Selling at least one of the M3's (possibly both?) and the Merc Evo, probably resulted in ther RS200 owing him nothing....

Fair play to him, he put his money where his mouth is, and took all four of them of the millionaire first owner's hands, probably resulting in a better price overall...
