Can anyone advise on how I can change the mileage on the replacement clocks I have bought, my car has a mileage of 160k and the new ones 130K.

I understand this info could be used for clocking a car so answers on a PM are fine.

The car has loads of paperwork to backup the mileage so would prefer to have the clocks set correctly.

Easiest way would be to swap the speedo heads between units.

The old one has been butchered in the past for some shite white dial kit that lights up blue. So I'm not sure if that's an option

Open the cluster up,there's a number of self tappers on the back.
Then you can lift the speedo needle off,and I'll lay good money that you can lift the white face off! You may find that you need to remove two tiny self tappers each side of the needle hole.

Take care when replacing the needle to ensure that it returns properly to it's stop.

Easy enough to change the reading on the new unit. The mechanism is very sturdy, and you can lever away the bit that locks the wheels enough to turn them a bit without damaging anything
