will 325 clocks with the mpg gizmo plug straight in my 318i m10 with no mpg gizmo ? will i need anything else out the 325?

If your taking about a 6 button or 13 button to replace the time clock it wont.
You need the loom ,temp sensor and other bits depending what one it is.

yes, you will need to swap the coding plug from your old clocks though, its the white plug in the lower left corner of the clocks, the rest is plug and play
