My 318i M40 auto box needs topping up and I've been told to use "dextron 2" type oil to top it up with.

I've found this oil on the ECP website and was wandering whether it is suitable or not?

http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/p/car-a ... &0&cc5_869

If not could anyone point me towards where to get decent quality oil. Can't seem to find any on the halfords website.

Thanks
pukar

Checked it whilst the car is warm.

Ideally it should be warmed up, then parked on a flat surface and take it through all the gears whilst pressing on the brake pedal, all the way through to 3, and then back, and then check.
