Hi fellas , I used a 3.64 diff in my last bodied set up I now have the car taken apart and is being done proper by a fellow zoned ( a good man ) .
My dilemma is the 3.64 diff has high revs and I was not happy with the top speed , acceleration was like a demon though ! I tried to find a 3.25 diff and am still trying . I'm looking at a 2.93 as a possibility any pointers ? I'm only going to use the car on the road no track time , which diff can give normal revs apart from the 3.25 e30 one ? What price range too ?
Thanks
Best diff for b32

A 3.15 diff from a Z3M would be ideal for road use. I ran one on my 3.0ltr 5spd, still pulled quick but was more civilised on the motorway etc.
You will notice a real drop in acceleration compared to the 3.64 diff, but it will rev lower at speed.

I spun the rear wheels at 90mph, when i dropped down from 5th to 4th and floored it. (s50,5sp,3.15,with light flywheel). Won,t atempt that again! LOL
