I got a e30 with HID conversion and Im trying to get it back to the original state.

So here is the questions.
When an HID kit is installed, is there anything stock that is thrown away (besides the previous bulbs) that I am going to have to get before I can restore?

Cheers.

No there shouldn't be, you should just be able to unplug wiring etc and just fit a new bulb.

Normally a plug from the e30 bulb socket to the ballast , then from ballast to hid. Just unplug and play.

Don't throw the HIDS away until AFTER you've done some commuting in the dark!

Street lights are for traffic? I thought they were mugging prevention lights :)
