Hi,
I'm looking to replace the front calipers on my 320is and my budget puts me in the WMS/Wilwood braket.
Looking at the WMS/Keri posts it looks like the largest disc you can fit under the stock 15" BBS are 290mm.
However when speaking with a Wilwood supplier they say you can get the 310x21mm kit under a sock 15 BBS wheel.
If the Wilwood statement is true I will go that route, if not its a more direct comparison between the 2 brands at around 290mm.
I'm having a friend check his wilwood kit to confirm the disc he has and if a 15" BBS wil lgo over the top (he runs team dynamics)
However any feedback from anybody who has looked into this would be appreciated.
Cheers
Richard

Do Wilwood state the BMW BBS 15" wheel or the real deal BBS wheels? I expect there's quite a difference in the inner profile of the wheel between the two.Black_Potato wrote: Looking at the WMS/Keri posts it looks like the largest disc you can fit under the stock 15" BBS are 290mm.

The WMS kits are designed specifically for the BMW BBS wheels.

This is what makes me doubt it as I know the TD wheels are larger inside and I doubt the difference betwen the depth of caliper is going to be all that much between the KMS and Wilwood...
These are the guys who think they fit under 15" BBS

Hanks but I just spoke with my mechanic and whilst a 15" wheel does fit, the discs actually fitted are the 280mm ones... so it looks like peterllyod have got it wrong.
Back to the KMW/Wilwood choice it is then...
Does anybody know what fitment each brand uses for the line input into the caliper ? i.e. can I just replace my Girlings with WMS and keep the same braded lines ?
TIA
