can I fit a towbar with tech2 rear bumper?

Can I fit a towbar to a convertible with a tech2 rear bumper, or will it need to be modified to fit?

I'd replace the rear bumper with a standard 1 for every time you need to tow something. Get a detachable tow bar and job jobbed

I'm nearly sure I looked at a tec2 iS that had a removable panel in the centre of the valance that you could popout to fit the tow bar. It's a long time ago and I didn't know to much about them at the time so I could be imagining this
