Ok so I've got an electrical gremlin, my left indicator is double fast. I've cleaned up the ground point on the passenger side of the engine bay, didn't help.
All the bulbs are working fine too. Whats up?

Check that all the bulbs on the LHS match the wattage of those on the RHS.
The usual cause of a high flash rate is that the current draw/load is less than normal, as when happens if a bulb of much lower wattage is fitted, or when one blows.

Check the connection on the pins to the front indicator itself; unfortunately access means undoing the bumper, but that was my issue when I bought the car. The lamp lit, but the relay still went double-fast. Replaced the lamp, and it all worked fine.
