But will the m54 fit in my e30 ?
I found a guy in my area who has the whole lot I will need to convert my e30 but not sure if it will fit??
Any way a e46 m54 will fit e30

Yes, it'll fit fine. It's an expensive swap even if you get all the parts cheap because the ECU has to be flashed.

Make sure its a 3.0l M54, otherwise its pointless till the price of ECU flashing comes down.

I can do the ecu for u, and the loom should u need it!
Other then the ecu the swap is similar to the other M5* swaps. Your exhaust will be the highest cost.
The M54 is quite an nice swap imo!
