Hi guys,
Hoping you can help as usual. Took the car on a 250 mile round trip on the weekend and it generally seemed fine. But about 50 miles into the journey there was a sulfuric smell that lasted for about 15 seconds. There's no cat box so it's not that. Any suggestions? It had happened once before when I was ragging the car at speed and at the time I had presumed it was coming from another car which was doing some serious speed as it passed me but the fact that it's happened again has made me think twice. There was no rise in temperature or any other symptoms that could help determine what was causing it.
Cheers,
Nick

Nope, although the hot air blower was on at the time. Saying that I don't think it was the first time it happened.

Have you an exhaust blow at all or have you changed your fuel pump or had it out?

Hot brakes possibly. They can smell quite pungent.
I used to have a car which would smell like really strong coffee occasionally. Never did work out why... and no I didn't spill coffee in the car!

Women who fart definitely aren't allowed in my car!
