Alpina type VDO gauges
Moderator: martauto
A while a go there was a post about Alpina VDO gauges, some one posted a link to a site, possibly German, that had similar vent gauges with lots more info and as far as I remember for s50 etc.. engines as well. I can't find the post and google only pulls up some cheapy looking ones.
Does anyone have any info on these?
Thanks

IIRC there was a bit in PBMW a few months ago saying that insideperformance were doing the same vent gauges for the e30 for about £500 not €1300
also the one's in that link seem to be for a E90 M3, bit much to buy then modify to fit/work in an E30.
some OEM+ homo would do it though.
if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.

I think they are both the same price, 1300 is for the unit with all bells and whistles. The 599 unit can be got from awron also: http://www.awron-shop.de/displaysysteme ... ecu?c=1163steve_k wrote:IIRC there was a bit in PBMW a few months ago saying that insideperformance were doing the same vent gauges for the e30 for about £500 not €1300

My german isn't good enough really to figure out if they are both the same basic unit.
