Was tempted to go for marrakech brown, my paint is absolutely fucked, its ruined and the car needs sprayed or its going to rust savagely. I want something unique but also wanna go for a germany DTM look. So iv decided on the reiger infinity splitter, maybe a squarish m3 style rear bumper and spoiler. Got my friend to photoshop the colour onto a car with the m3 spoiler. This is tech 2ed and not quite how id have it but its getting there, the colour is right.

Wasn't this the car that was described as "absolutely mint" when purchased?

I quite like the colour.
Although you have to take into account the cost of a respray.
For a proper job its between 2-3k for a full spray... which it will need if changing the colour properly.
and your car is a 320i?
for that sort of money you could get a nice 325i ... or a massive lucky bag of drugs
I threw money at my first car and looking back, I was completely mad

That isn't soooo bad.
I would like to do a full respray in the next few years.... maybe an acid dip.
I really need a different hobby

My 325 cab colour is called Bergondrot matalic. It is a genuine BMW ccolour.
On a sunny day it looks a dark red. on a cloudy day it looks brown.
Hope that helps with your colour choice

The clearcoat is missing from the entire roof. So the rains going to rot holes in my roof, severalr parts of the arch and a few other patches. Its got worse in the cold and has really begun to flake and peel. Id rather fix it befoee I need a new shell

For the price of a good respray you may as well replace the car.

Can nobody read. Im getting it sprayed for like 500 bucks if that. Why replace a car with nothing else wrong with it and no rust for the sake of not resprayi.g ite30den wrote:For the price of a good respray you may as well replace the car.
