Turns out royal mail are not responsible, ParcelFARCE worldwide have had the parcel, apparently when it lands they send out 2 letters saying the parcel is in the country awaiting a customs charge and dont deliver until its paid for, obviously ive not had these letters and its sat in a warehouse unclaimed, so theyve chucked it in a container with a thousand others and shipped it back to the US, the container left on 23rd September according to the bint on the phone and can take around 4 weeks to get to the other side
USPS tracking shows every stage of the delivery, every stop the parcel makes is recorded, then it lands here and the fu*kup begins... there is no mention of the UK courier company, ive just had to guess, sooo fu*king annoying

I had a similar issue woth a parcel I sent to Australia, it is fu*king archaic in this day and age. All that is needed is a phone call etc, nobody talks to each other and nobody gives a shit. Very sad.DanThe wrote:Turns out royal mail are not responsible, ParcelFARCE worldwide have had the parcel, apparently when it lands they send out 2 letters saying the parcel is in the country awaiting a customs charge and dont deliver until its paid for, obviously ive not had these letters and its sat in a warehouse unclaimed, so theyve chucked it in a container with a thousand others and shipped it back to the US, the container left on 23rd September according to the bint on the phone and can take around 4 weeks to get to the other side![]()

I would say anyone wanting a refund instead don't bother, these things are awesome sit tight and wait for them.
Good luck Dan
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.
Danthe i find your avatar disturbing as it reminds me of my ex wife

Ok ive finally had some dialogue and the parcel has been sent out today, guaranteed delivery here by 14th. Ive paid extra for the courier service and due to the low numbers im well out of pocket on this, but at least it can proceed

They've only bloody arrived!!!
Took another three phone calls to parcelFARCE this week and had to speak to a 'supervisor' to find out if I could pay the customs charge before the notification letter was sent out so they would release the package for delivery
Complete joke, avoid these idiots at all costs!
I will set about checking payments and delivery addresses this evening/over the weekend, I think waiting for the christmas backlog of junk to clear will be worth it so will be looking to post next week

very nice.. just fitted them earlier! had to hammer them in with some fairy liquid, and file the edges down a bit, ive got 22yr old bushes and fuck me these have made a difference got h&r cupkit, arbs on max setting, polybushed arms, and rear strut brace, basically everything worthwhile, coudnt get the sub bushes out so left em in! and the rear end was a bit wavy, but now its nice and flat i basically fell out the seat when i ripped it round a bend! as opposed to leaning with the car
cheers dude
