Hi, i was wondering... how can i make the blue section for the cold air illuminated? See the picture, only the red section is illuminated, i guess it will look better with both sections illuminated:
I tried in google but couldn't find anything

Can't say I've ever noticed if the blue section is supposed to light up with the red, TBH, but it's all illuminated by the same bulb, via plastic light guides. If it's supposed to light up, and doesn't, the only possibilities I can think of are that the light guide has been removed/damaged, or the bulb has been replaced by a LED that has no output in the blue spectrum.
Biggest problem that I can see in that pic. is that the bulb that illuminates the slider knobs and the fan switch dial appears to be out.

Yes, the another bulb doesn't work or it's gone. I haven't seen the illumination plate separated from the whole heater panel, so i don't know how it's designed and if it's supposed to light up, but i thought that how the red section is illuminated, the blue section should be illuminated too...

On this topic... I've got the 13 button OBC... I've fixed the backlight issue on the LCD, however, are the buttons also supposed to light up...
My slider knobs aren't lighting up either... I didn't even realise that they could! As for my thermostat light, that doesn't light up as well, but it's only just gone and I could see the blue, so maybe Brian is right, it may have well been replaced by a LED

OBC buttons light up by yet another 1.2W capless bulb fitted in a holder which twists into the back of the OBC. Bulb for the temp. knob is immediately below the hole which the OBC/clock fits into, and is easily reached with the OBC or clock removed.
Removal of the clock is easy, and takes around a minute. Unfortunately, removing the OBC takes a little longer.
The bulb for the fan knob/sliders is just to the right of the bottom of the fan knob, and is pushed in from behind, with the rear of the light angled at 45 degrees to the right. It can be changed from underneath the driver's side, but it isn't easy.

It's fair to say, this isn't the most welcoming of news... I spent more than 45 minutes removing the OBC last time and the thought of doing it again is putting me off...

I've also fixed my backlight of the OBC, just used the original bulb housing and soldered (i guess that's the right word) the new bulb. The usual problem with that is when in most of the cases the edge / rim of the buttons are worned and they are getting transparent with the time and the edges of the buttons are getting illuminated too, not only the letters. So it looks ugly. I've fixed that with black mat spray and cotton buds. Sprayed the cotton buds and "painted" the worned edges of the buttons with the cotton buds. I have to take a picture at night, it looks beautiful!
And now on-topic - i was wondering that the problem may come from the blue/red temp decal. Maybe the back side of the decal is transparent only in the red section, so the bulb lights up only the transparent part - the red section. Anyway, i haven't seen the temperature decal separated, so i can't tell, but it sounds logically.
