It's for a e36 2.8 motor in to a e30 shell?

Yes , aslong as its e34 and 24v it dont matter

It depends on what engine is in the e34, if it has an m20 it is no good!

Ahh mannnn... Just worked out its got a m20 in it using Wikipedia and my car check.
The reg plate shows it has a max bhp output of 129 @ 6000
Wear as a s50 has 150bhp @ 6000
So it must be an m20.
What about e34 diesel engines or is it only the petrol ones you can use??

You can use E38 728i sump too if you are struggling but sskoda on here has them for sale as kits
