Afternoon all,

With immediate effect I am going to have to suspend the zone account for a few weeks, until settled in my new branch. we have been having courier issues at Leicester, leaving me unable to ship any orders out for 2 weeks now! :eek:

I'm also currently working on opening the new Kettering branch as well as still running Leicester sales office until next Friday which is leaving very little time to reply to all the emails and PM's coming through, apologies if you have been left waiting for a reply, this does not reflect my usual standard of service but there is literally not enough hours in the day at the minute :x

Kettering branch opens 29th October, I would imagine I will be ready to ship orders out by the end of the first week. I will of course keep you posted.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused, and thanks for your continued support! :cool:

ECP seem to be offering decent discounts for click and collect at the moment anyway.

Plus iirc if you stick babybm25 in the discount code section, it's 25% off all items.

Unfortunately the zone account is not national, I tried to get ecp to pay the traders fee's but they wouldn't. I have had to pay the fee's out of my own pocket in the end so I take the sales for my branch.

I have been arranging a few collections at peoples local branches with the correct discount but this is far too time consuming given everything else I need to be doing over the next few weeks. Should be up and running as normal by the first week of November. :D
