car leans to one side

hi all got a problem on the car which i have been letting go but i can not any more the drivers side of the car sits lower first i was thinking shocks but every one i asked said the height is the same only how wide the tube is makes the differene the car is lowered on eibach springs(40mm) here is some things i have noticed which may help, the drivers side spring is more compressed the locating point on the shocks for the spring is different positions i was thinking it should be the same place but opposite any info will help cheers in advance
